Like the sound of a low-carbon future?
Now is the time to act!
This winter, scientists and world leaders are meeting in Paris for a climate summit. They could take important steps on the journey to the future we all want.
Each country has submitted an Intended Nationally Determined Contribution (INDC). In plain English, that means a pledge to do something. But the pledges are only a few pages long, so there’s plenty of scope for negotiation. We’ll need to keep the pressure on to ensure the final deal makes a real difference.
Many people will be travelling to Paris for the start of the conference, to demand a low-carbon future.
You can take part in this journey: whether travelling all the way, or a short distance in solidarity.
