Interfaith Activity Weeks for Young People

Two free activity weeks coming up for young people: Small Footsteps for 8-14 year olds and What’s the Story? for 14-18 year olds.

Small Footsteps 25th – 29th July

A week long interfaith workshop for young people (8-14 years) exploring how all faiths can contribute towards protecting the environment.

Each day will feature activities around different aspects of the environment, including: Ecology, Trees, Climate Change, Recycling, Food, Cycle of Life, Energy, Bees & Nature.

What’s the Story? 1st – 5th August

Want to create a different story with young people this summer?

Want to learn more about journalism, role play and working with other young people interested in inter-faith work and social justice issues?

Then join the ‘What’s the Story’ summer school for 14 – 18 year olds on August 1st – 5th at Selly Oak Meeting House. The week will be led by artists from the Leaveners and the Birmingham Rep and together you will create a different story than the one so often portrayed in the media.
