Grub’s Up! Making our Food Sustainable
Factory farming is damaging our health and environment, increasing inequality and harming animals. But by supporting a small-scale, sustainable approach to farming, we can have fair, affordable food for everyone.
Pop into Peace Hub any weekday between 11:00 and 14:30 to:
- Find out more about the problems with factory farming
- Discover how an ‘agroecology’ approach can overcome these problems
- Play our ‘count your chickens’ game
- Write to your MP asking them to support a sustainable approach to food, at home & internationally
All over a cuppa & a chat with one of our friendly volunteers.
Plus, throughout the school summer holidays, we’ll have a free seed-planting activity for children.
