Keep taking action for Refugees & Asylum Seekers

Refugee Week is over, but there are still plenty of opportunities to celebrate the contribution that refugees make, and take action to make Brum a welcoming city.

Our ‘Be the Friendly Face of Brum’ theme continues for another two weeks – so you’ve got plenty of time to pop in, take our Big Asylum Quiz, and sign up to support Birmingham becoming a City of Sanctuary.

Celebrating Sanctuary are holding some post-Refugee Week events:

And don’t forget to take action online about the crisis in the Mediterranean.

I hope Refugee Week went well. So sorry I have not been well enough to attend, but I hope to be more in circulation, and active with you by September at least. Congratulations on all your initiatives!

Refugee Week was good thanks. No problem, look forward to seeing you whenever you feel is good for you, and feel free to keep in touch in the meantime.
