31/07/2017 - 05/08/2017, 8:30 am - 3:45 pm
at Fircroft College, Selly Oak
Small Footsteps is a free, week long interactive set of indoor and outdoor workshops for young people (11-14 years old) exploring the different themes of environment and the shared values of all faiths.
Topics covered include:
- Nature & the cycle of life
- Climate change
And lots more fun!
Meet each morning throughout the week at Birmingham Central Mosque (180 Belgrave Middleway, B12 0XS): transport for all participants will be provided from here to Fircroft College, where the activities will take place. Transport is also provided back to Central Mosque each afternoon for pick-up at 3:45. This is because Central Mosque is easy to access from all parts of the city. If Selly Oak is more accessible from where you live, just let us know and we’ll meet you directly at Fircroft each morning.
Small Footsteps is free for 11-14 year olds to take part in, thanks to our generous funders.
If you would like your child(ren) to take part, please download a student application form and return to firstname.lastname@example.org

Small Footsteps is a project of “Footsteps – Birmingham Faiths for a Low Carbon Future” – part of the Birmingham Council of Faiths. Our vision is to inspire a lifelong love for our fragile earth within children and to show that faiths working together and with people of no faith can have a much greater influence than if they work separately.
We love our shared environment and want to share this with others. We inspire the children and respect the backgrounds and contributions of children and the other leaders.
Please note that applications for volunteers have now closed. Thanks to everyone who’s offered to give up their time and energy to make Small Footsteps 2017 a fantastic event. Booking for participants (11-14 year olds) is still open: download a student application form and return to firstname.lastname@example.org
