at Peace Hub, BirminghamBirmingham Pride is Sat 25th & Sun 26th May 2019, with the public parade happening on the Saturday lunchtime. It’s a celebration of LGBT+ culture in all its diversity.
Central England Quakers will be joining with other Birmingham churches under the banner of ‘Christians at Pride’. There is a (literal) banner that all the churches involved will be contributing to, and you can pop into Peace Hub to add your mark on Weds 15th May.
Drop in any time during our normal opening hours: 11am to 5pm. You are welcome to drop by before or after Mid-week Meeting for Worship at Bull St.
It’s very simple for anyone to get involved – the idea is to create a rainbow of different colours on the banner using permanent-markers (see image of last year’s banner at the half-way stage above)
So whether you can join Christians at Pride on 25th May or would simply like to be there in spirit, do join us.
